Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries! We have most of the world covered, but if we don't ship to your country, please contact us, and we will see what we can do!
Do I have to pay duties/tax on my order?
For some of our international customers, you may be charged duties or taxes by your local customs authorities. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you need advice on customs or duties in your country, we advise you to contact your relevant authority on this matter.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I have a concern about the whereabouts of my order. What should I do?
Sorry to hear there's an issue with your order. Most of the time, this may be a short delay. Keep an eye on your tracking number and contact the courier company handling your order directly to receive an update on your shipment. Otherwise, head over to our Contact Us page and send us a message. We can try to help you out. We use the following couriers:

I need to exchange/return my order, what should I do?

How do i track my order?
We will send you your tracking link via email once your order has been shipped!
What happens once I place an order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email, and we will send your order on the same or business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Debit/Credit Card, Paypal and Afterpay.
What happens if I do not see my preferred payment method when I check out?
We have most bases covered, though if you don't see you preferred payment method, please contact us and we will see what we can do!
How is my order packaged?
We package all items in compostable packaging. Our shipping labels are also compostable.
A product I want is sold out. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Sometimes our products do sell out quickly. There is a small chance that we may restock items in the future, so please reach out, and we'll see what we can do.
I need help with sizing. What should I do?
We have sizing details available on our product pages, but you can also head over to our sizing page for all sizing/product fit information.
